TATUM Ornate Cast Iron Wall Mount Receipt Spike Bill Holder. It is 5.5" tall and 3.5" wide. ( measurement do not include the spike). It is very ornate cast iron and that is marked TATUM on the back. The spike is meant to pierce through the receipt or bill after the transaction was completed. Great way to keep tract of those things in that time period. Now days it would be great for a hook for key or necklaces or a dog leash or use as intended, spear a hole through and hang use receipts. The end of the spike is sharp.
The condition is great for age. It has some old paint on the top part.. and on the reverse side there is a speck of rust on the top.
