This vintage wear Under Garment is a hoot! Beautiful tatted lace bodice extends to a cotton jumper type garment with tatted lace border which has a buttoned opening for use - perhaps this preceded underwear as we know it, but using this you had to be quick. In very good condition and a great example of c. 1900 vintage wear - glad those days are over.
