Early 1900's Italian camel leather bookend set with gold tooled decorative designs on the face. Gold tooled lining surrounds the arched shape as well as the rectangular leather portion that supports the books which is hinged with a tiny brass hinge with excellent brass plate to the upright segment.Very minor wear due to age with a couple of lighter lines in leather,no nicks or gouges of the like. Measure 4L X 5H X 3 5/8 inch deep. Very handsome.
