C.1900 Italian carved wooden bench with high arms in a bronze gilt tone. Heavy carving on the rolled arms,knees and legs. Additional carving on the side aprons. The high arms were originally upholstered,the tiny nail holes can be seen. Purchased as seen with new cream linen and brass nail-head trim. A thick wooden under seat with wonderful padding makes for a comfortable seat. Measures 28L X 24H X 18D. Can be shipped via Federal Express or Saver with zip code.
