To a New York mahogany tea table of the c. 1815-1825 period. The rectangular top has rounded ends and is inlaid to the frieze. The surfaces are richly veneered in figured mahogany. The pedestal base is carved as a pineapple above a rounded support with hand carved claw legs and feet. The piece retains a fine patina finish and is good condition with the usual small veneer repairs as found in good quality New York antiques of this period.
