Great vintage swing dress with bell sleeves. It is a cotton with a smooth satiny finish. As you can see the colors are bright with splashy flowers. Bust is 40", sleeves 20" waist is 44" and circumference at the bottom is 58", across the upper back is 14", length is 37". The condition is excellent. It is excellently custom made by hand.
