This is a lovely pair of gilded bronze lamps with cut glass shades and marble bases. There is no mistaking the fine quality and charming design of these lamps, which are going to make a superb contribution to your reception or dining room.
The lamps depict classical style figures wearing loose garments. They hold what would be flaming torches above their heads with one arm, which become the lamp shades. They stand on marble bases which are surrounded with bronze ornamentation.
The base is signed L Gregoire.
