Unsigned work is a dreamy confection containing a duo of delightfully dazzling ensembles for the Autumn season of 1960- done by designers Dorothy O' Hara and Fabiola. Described blithely as the New Ultraviolets, the luxe looks of the time are done in stunning shades of amethyst and purple, both sophisticated and refreshingly jaunty. Sally O' Hara offers a beautifully streamlined cut on the bias late afternoon frock with belted waist and slight pleating at the edges- while Fabiola lends a chic, jaunty bounce to the season in a bold purple and green plaid ensemble with pleated skirt and matching hip-length jacket. Both outfits are perfectly paired with long gloves and draped toque hats done by Sally Victor.
