this painting is signed by a well known Listed Artist Marilyn Symandle with its original frame signed by her. Marylin Symandle is a California Plein - air painter. She is a member of the Oil Painters of America and the American watercolor society. her studio is in Santa Ynez, California. her specialty is water color! the painting is gorgeous! her information is on Ask art as well as art price. the painting is in excellent condition, with wonderful colors and beautiful subject. the title is "Hometown" and reads in the back of the painting. it has its original sticker which is a bit worn out, two stickers to confirm. it also has writing on the back of the frame which is not legible. this painting has been part of our private collection for years. it is magnificent and in great condition, with normal wear and tear, imperfection chips on the frame not the painting. the painting is covered with glass and has its original frame with few nicks on the frame. Marilyn Symandle received many awards and medal such as High winds medal, and Shiryl Smithsonian Memorial Award in 1999. she has had over 80 one woman shows throughout the United States.
