The holes on each end overlap for leather cords to go through and be tied making it either 7-1/2" or 8-1/4" when closed around your wrist. It tested sterling silver, but we would have had to take it apart to find the hallmarks, so we don"t know who created it. It is a superb piece that is unique, and it can be purchased today and shipped right to your door.
