Sterling silver-handled Edwardian shoe horn - hallmarked for Birmingham 1908, maker Edward Souter Barnsley & Co. Tongue of shoe horn is silver plated steel - there is some wear and bits of spotting showing through. The handle has a dent at the very top of the finial (hardly noticeable since the design is quite busy) - it is engraved E.M.G. in flowing script. Shoehorn measures 17.5 cm long (7 inches).
