This is a good clean straight 24" folding ruler marked "MADE IN GERMANY". It has good snug folding joints, good pressed markings. The graduations are in inch on one side, and metric on the other, easy to read on both sides. There is some minor staining, but no rust some very minor pitting noted, mostly on one section, the sections are straight. A good useable rule, with inch graduations on both sides, plus the joints are snug enough to hold position well. Not quite the quality of the Lufkin steel rule, perhaps it's closest competitor.
