This is a good Antique Machinist tool, clearly marked The L.S. Starrett Co. on both the box on on the Micrometer itself. The tool is also marked No. 2-C. This micrometer has 1-2" capacity w/.001" increments. Features are lock nut, and ratchet brake. The micrometer is in good clean working condtion with no owner names, minor scuff and scratches. There is also a good wooden box included that is in good condition with box lap joints in the conrners and a good lable matching the micrometer discription. There a two papers included as well, one is a advertisement of new tools at the time, and a how to use brosure. The calibration wrench is in the box too.
