This is a nice old steel 12", three fold folding ruler. It is marked "THE L.S. STARRETT CO. ATHOL MASS. U.S.A." on one side, and "THE TRAVELERS LEADS IN LIABILITY INSURANCE" on the other side. It does have some pitting and staining on it, but most of the inch graduations can be seen, and the two joints are still snug as they should be. Other than the pitting on it, no damage, and no rust on it now. A hard to find Starrett made, advertising rule!
