A wooden egg carrier labeled the Star Egg Carriers and Trays made by John G. Elbs of Rochester, NY. It still contains the original cardboard egg nesting slots and has the original metal cover slide lock. It is in very good condition with the advertising printed on the sides in clear lettering. The patent number indicated that it was patented in 1903.
