The focal point on every mid-century coffee table was the ashtray. This modern design pottery ashtray did that job beautifully. This great mid-century modern ashtray is from the Stanford Pottery Co. of Sebring O. The excellent condition brown glazed pottery has white splattered speckles on the 2 ashtray sections and gold embellishments on the sides of the cigarette pack well. Rounded hobnails between the 2 ashtrays act as ridges to hold lit cigarettes. The modern art pottery piece stands on 3 toes. The bottom is marked Stanford Sebring O. It stands 1 3/4" high aprox. 10" long and is 6" wide.
