Outstanding and Unique Bronze Gilt Mantel Clock !!

We were lucky to acquire it from a lovely Private estate in the South of France near Cannes!The clock dates from the third quarter of the 19th C. (c.1860).The style of this fantasic mantel clock is Renaissance with Empire marks,and the Old bronze gilt is in excellent condition.Good running and striking condition with 8 days going work and the 1/1 and 1/2 hours striking on a silvered bell.The movement is driving on a spring suspension !!The porcelain dial with the black numerals and brass steel hands are fantastic!The movement is signed on the back with the numerals "2246" and probably made by Jean-Pierre Le Roy.The porcelain dial is signed with " Des Bronzes-Bruxelles ". Claude des Bronzes was a very famous clock maker in Belgium at that time.On top of the clock is a representation of two playing cherubs.The white marble is the highest quality Carrera marble.This mantel clock is everywhere, and on every chimney or board an absolutely eye catcher, and a real collector piece that you will never get again.The dimensions are: Height: 13 Inches ,Width: 11 Inches and Depth: 5,5 Inches.No matter where you place this fantastic mantel clock everyone will be begging to know where you got such an outstanding clock and where they can get one like it!Regarding shipping we will pack the clock in a wooden box so you will receive it without any damage.Shippingscosts are 100 US$.After payment you will receive the clock in about 5 days.Thank you for looking this marvelous and unique mantel clock.
