Late 19th century Staffordshire figurine of a pug dog - a very popular breed of small dog for Victorian ladies. He measures 19 cm long and 18 cm high (7.1/2 inches by 7 inches). There are a couple of minor firing cracks and blind hairline from his chest to just above his collar. Very tight stress crack across one side, again, blind and almost invisible. Typical Staffordshire, charming item.
