Springs Cotton Mills Banquet Ad 1953 This is a December 14, 1953 advertisement It is a nice color ad from The Springs Cotton Mills of Lancaster, South Carolina makers of Springmaid sheet. Pictures apparently man eating people trying to entice the young man on the raft for the pot but as the ad says it will taste better if they land the Springmaid sheet he is using as a sail. In mint condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the ad. This magazine tear sheet measures8"" wide by 11 1/4"" tall.
