Circa 1938 Set of 12 Delaware Tercentenary English Copeland Spode Mansard Plates. Actually a Pair of Six Different State of Delaware, USA Buildings. This Set of Plates were sold during the Delaware Tercentenary Celebration of 1938. Ten of the 12-10 3/4" Plates are Perfect and there have never been any Restoration. The Buildings that are represented are the "ZWAANEN DAEL HOUSE OF LEWES",PLD COLLEGE UNIVERSITY OF DELAWARE", "OLD STATE HOUSE DOVER", "OLD TOWN HALL WILMINGTON", "OLD SWEDES CHURCH OF WILMINGTON", and the "OLD COURTHOUSE IN NEW CASTLE." Ten of the 12-103/4" Diameter Plates are in Perfect Condition with No Restoration. Of the Remaining Two Plates, one plate has some toning to the outsid edge and another plate has a old tight crack.
