The tail on this large ( 2 3/4" tall)brooch looks like that of a train on a fabulous glamour gown on the red carpet! This is solid sterling ( marked on the back) and is signed ND. There is one red glistening eye that looks at you with a twinkle to let you know that THIS peacock is at the top of the fashion ladder! The patina is rich and dark and it has not been polished.
