Inside the snow globe is a finely detailed church with vines and trees on either side of the steeple, snow on the roof, and tiles on the roof. The base is black plastic. There has been no leakage of the water, and the snow is very lively. Tie a red ribbon at the top of the stand, and you have a Christmas decoration, or use it as it is for a paperweight.
