Sleepy Little Lion Article and Pictures 1947 This is a July 22, 1947 article with black and white pictures. It is a nice two page article with pictures of a baby lion, Dixie, who is the subject of Harper and Bros. forthcoming childrens book. IN one picture Dixie is wearing a turtle neck sweater. He is pictured with a Kitten, a Tawny Spaniel and a black Spaniel. Great pictures. In excellent condition. Photo is taken through plastic and may show wrinkles or crookedness that is not in the article. This original magazine tear sheet measures 10 inches wide by 13 1/4 inches tall.
