German silver writing set

Silver writing set from around 1900.
Bought according the box in Belgium Antwerp.
Maker's mark is HB, what maybe stands for Hermann Behrnd., but I am not 100 percent sure about it..
For the rest it is marked with a crown and a moon [Germany] and 800 [third degree silver].
The box is 26.5 centimeter by 10 centimeter.
The inside contains a letter opener or page-turner, screw pencil , a wax desk seal, and a small knife.
The page turner is 22 centimeter long and with ivory..
They all look like they hardly have been used.
