You are viewing a gorgeous English silverplate butlers tray with a segmented faux crocodile skin finish. I hope the photos do this stunning piece some justice, it's certainly better in the flesh and would make for a great addition to any home collection. Perfect for serving drinks or food, this tray really is a unique piece and hopefully the photos do some justice to the levels of workmanship. The gallery has been hand chased with various designs cut into the side plus the beaded edge. The handles feature acanthus leaves and we also show the close up photo of the factory stamp. Then of course we have the faux crocodile skin design to the surface that really makes this piece stand out. We bought this from a dealer in London's Camden Passage and it is offered in perfect condition ready for home use right away.
