Signed photograph of former Heir Apparent of Mysore, South India. Details as follows: Kanthirava Narasimharaja Wodeyar Bahadur, GCIE (1.1.1915). b. at Mysore Palace, 5th June 1888, educ. Royal Sch, Mysore and Mayo Coll., Ajmer. Extraordinary MEC in charge of Military, Police, Medical, Prisons, and Sanitary Depts. 1914-1920. Granted the personal style of His Highness, 1st January 1918. Rcvd: Delhi Durbar (1911), Silver Jubilee (1935) and Coron. (1937) medals. m. at Mysore, 17th June 1910, H.H. Soubhagyavati Yuvarani Sri Kempu Chelvaja Ammani Avaru, fourth daughter of The Hon Sardar Delavoi Devaraj Urs, Councilor of State and Insp-Gen. of Police. He d. at Bombay, 11th March 1940, having had issue one son and three daughters.
