Antique artist-signed porcelain plate, from Bavaria, Germany, with an Art Deco stylized design featuring an orchid within a heart, in blues and greens, with wide gold outlines and accents on a white background. Both the handle and the rim on this 6.125 inch plate are gilded. There is a green BAVARIA backstamp and the signature of the artist, Lulu Crissey, in dark green. The plate is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks, and minimal surface wear for its age. There are two very small areas of missing gilt on the top curve of the handle.
