This is a vintage tin flour sifter made in the USA in the 1940s called Sift-Chine with remnants of the green paint. The triple screen, squeeze handle Sift-Chine flour sifter made by Foley was featured in Good Housekeeping magazine in 1940. The Sift- Chine flour sifter measures 6 inches high by 8 inches long by 5 in diameter and still works well with the patented one hand squeeze to sift handle. A great piece of vintage kitchenalia.
