This is a Shelley China, England Milton shape cup and saucer with matching plate or teacup trio in the an unamed pattern number 10801 with roses, beads and lines. The Milton shape is rarely seen and is a variation of the Gainsborough with a wider base above the foot and was made 1915-1925. The cup is 2.25 inch high, the saucer is 5.75 in diameter and the plate is 7 in diameter. All 3 pieces are in very good ++ condition with no chips, cracks or restorations. The only flaw is a bit of light pattern wear. Beautiful.
