Shell Research 1943 Ad. This color May 8, 1943 ad states Oranges into Pineapples, you can slice the oranges, squeeze them, or bite right in. But go easy on the Pineapple, a Marine used one of those hand grenades to clean out a nest of Japs. Picture shows bowl with Three oranges and three Hand Grenades in it.
