This vintage Shawnee Pie Bird (also call a pie vent used in baking pies to prevent boil overs)is 5 1/2" high. It was produced by the Shawnee Pottery Company in the 1940's-50's for the Pillsbury Company. This is an original pie vent - NOT a reproduction!
