Payment Policy

All prices are quoted in US dollars. Paypal users should be Account Verified members. Credit Card Users: We are based in New Zealand. To process your credit card, we convert your purchase price to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed here. There is often a small difference in exchange rates between the day we process, and the day your bank charges you. This fluctuation could be in your favour or not. We are unable to accept personal checks from countries outside New Zealand. New Zealand buyers must pay purchase price plus 12.5% GST. . Some higher priced items can only be purchased through a verified Paypal account, with address confirmed.

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped/insured within 3 business days of receipt of payment. All items (except large paintings and furniture) are sent by New Zealand Post Air International . This will take 4-10 days to reach you. At Christmas period there may be longer delays in postal services due to volumes of parcel post at that time. Larger items and furniture are sent either by airfreight or by sea. Quotes will be furnished for all methods of shipping.

Return Policy

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. We guarantee all items are as described. If the item is damaged during shipping, the buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. All items are insured, and the seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help the buyer with his/her claim. Please keep all wrapping and cartons, as these will need to be viewed by the delivering postal services.
