Payment Policy

We accept personal or business check, money orders PayPal and wire transfers. Payment must be sent within three days of purchase. We will arrange for shipping within 3 business days after funds have cleared our bank account. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all cancelled sales.

Shipping Policy

Seller will arrange for packing, shipping and insurance. Purchaser to pay cost of shipping, insurance and handling unless otherwise specified. Item will be shipped fully insured and shipping will be arranged within 3 business days after receipt of cleared funds. Shipping of furniture can sometimes take from seven days to up to six or eight weeks, depending on the shipper's schedule and buyer's location for delivery. For returned items, where shipping is included, buyer is to pay shipping, handling and insurance costs both ways and is to return item in the same condition as when it was sent to buyer.

Return Policy

If property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right, within 48 hours of receiving the property, to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the property to the seller, in the same condition as it was prior to being shipped to the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. For returned items, where shipping is included, buyer is to pay all shipping, handling and insurance costs both ways and is to return item in the same condition as when it was sent to buyer. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to keep all packing material and contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to assist buyer with his/her claim.
