Payment Policy

Payment Options: We accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX, check or Paypal. You can contact us at 1-877-855-8530 for payment via credit card. With the check payment option, we will hold an item for five business days from the date of order. After this time, if the check has not been received, the item will be put back in inventory If the check arrives after the 5th day and the item is still available, then we will complete the transaction. If the piece is sold, we will write VOID on your check and mail it back to you. For paypal payment please use the email address nicolemaleineantiques@gmail.com.

Shipping Policy

The customer has 30 days to pick up their furniture. This policy is due to the limited space we have in our storage area and in order to avoid damage to the furniture. After the 30 days limit, we will not be responsible for any damage to the furniture. Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc does neither ship nor pack inventory items but to help out our customers, we will contact one or several shipping companies if requested by the customer. We do not get any commission from any shipping companies nor do we receive any special treatment. You will have to contact them if you are interested in their services. Note that Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc cannot accept payment for shipping for item over $250 value. Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc will not be responsible for any damage or delay in delivery caused by the shipper. However, Nicole Maleine Antiques, Inc will provide all the necessary documents such as pictures and invoices to help the client with the claim.

Return Policy

We're certain you'll be happy with your merchandise. We take extra care to fully describe our items, including any flaws. If you have any questions about the item(s) you are ordering, please email us before placing your order. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, please email us within 2 days of receipt of the order. Orders must be returned (Shipping Prepaid) within 30 days. The item should be returned in the same condition as when it left the shop. If the item has been modified in any way, we will not accept this for return. If the item is accepted for return, the customer will received a full refund of the purchased price (S&H not included) or a store credit. For listings featuring Free Shipping, the cost of actual shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount.
