Payment Policy
All payments must be in U.S. dollars. If you choose to pay by personal check, your purchase will be shipped 5 business days after your check has cleared. We will hold the item for 7 business days, if your payment has not been received in that time,it will be placed back into inventory.SALES TAX, all Pennsylvania residents must add 6% sales tax or supply a valid resale number. Trade discounts are available to dealers, designers and other professionals in the field. Your resale number is required for the wholesale pricing.
Shipping Policy
While Legacy Antiques,Inc. does not ship, we will provide you with a list of shippers who ship antiques.The buyer pays all costs for packing, insurance and shipping. Please provide your zip code for your shipping quote. We will not be responsible for uninsured items, or damage caused by the shipper.
Return Policy
We will provide the buyer with the best description of the item's condition as possible. We encourage any questions or comments about the item you may have. If you require additional photographs or information about the item, it would be our pleasure to help you. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please call or email us within 3 days so that we may address your complaint. All returned orders must be received within 30 days, with the shipping prepaid by the customer.
