Shipping Policy
Timely shipping upon receipt of payment. When free shipping is indicated in item listing, shipping is only free for connecting 48 United States. Other locations will be negotiated with buyer.
Return Policy
If for some reason there is a problem with your shipment, we will work with the carrier, and do our best from this end to try and recover any losses you may have. If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller, and, if seller agrees to return, by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim.
