We accept Paypal, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Cashier's checks, Certified checks, Wire Transfers, and Cash. Three to six month layaway is available. For WIRE TRANSFERS, please contact us at 1-877-753-9351. Certified bank checks, money orders and personal checks are also accepted. Orders will only be shipped after funds have cleared, which may take between 5-7 business days

Taxes

Diamond jewelry that is shipped to a New York State address will incur New York State sales tax.

International Orders

We only accept United States credit cards.

For overseas purchases we can only accept paypal, checks, money orders or wire transfers. We do not accept foreign credit cards.

Checks, Paypal, and Wire Transfers

Simply call us at 1-877-321-3326, or email us and let us know what item you would like to purchase, how you would like to pay and we will take your initial information over the phone (routing number, bank information, personal information). When it is verified we will contact you to send the actual check to us. Once received and information is verified the item will be shipped.

Shipping Policy

Our jewelry is shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS overnight. All shipments are insured and must be signed for. If we are shipping in the United States there is no additional fee for shipping. International orders will be shipped 3 day Fed-Ex Int with an additional shipping charge.

Once we have received and verified your payment, all of our in-stock items will ship within 1 to 2 business days. 

 

Return Policy

All purchased diamond items have a 30 day 100% money back guarantee from date of receipt. If you received a GIA diamond or diamond jewelry, and do not like it for any reason, simply call or e-mail us for return shipping instructions. There is no fee or penalty for returning the item. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received. If any sizing, setting, damage or alterations have been done to the diamond or the setting by anyone other than ArtDecoDiamonds.com the antique engagement ring or diamond jewelry cannot be returned. Any custom made piece of jewelry may not be returned. Once we receive and accept your returned item, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your returned diamond ring, or piece of jewelry, it will be reviewed by our quality assurance department in order to insure there have been no modifications or damage. When returning an item, please place all original packaging in a box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate.
