Payment Policy

Payments are accepted through PayPal.  You don't need to have an account with them.  Just click on PayPal and then select the credit card option.

International Sales.   I do about 1/3 of my sales internationally.  The easiest way is to do it through my Etsy store at:  www.PortalsFromThePast.etsy.com  It is set up to include the shipping costs for your country. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping is done through USPS First Class Mail.  All US shipping charges include insurance and delivery confirmation. Items are shipping 1 to 2 business days after the funds have been deposited to my account. 

If you wish expedited shipping please email me at  PortalsJewelry@aol.com  prior to the purchase so I can adjust the shipping charges.

Return Policy

Returns are on a case by case basis and the request to return must be made within 3 days of receipt. Please give me detailed reason for this request. If a return is accepted by me you will be responsible for the return postage.  It should be in the same condition that you received it.

LOST PACKAGES-I am not responsible for lost packages. If your package isn't received please contact me and I will send you a copy of the US Postal Service tracking report.  Their policy is that the addressee ( you) are the only one with the authority to file a lost claim. I will help as much as I can.
DAMAGED IN SHIPPING-If it arrives in an obviously damaged box and the contents are damaged then you will need to file a claim with the US Postal Service for damaged goods. It is their policy that only the addressee (you) have the authority to file this claim. Be sure to keep the box until the claim is settled.
