Payment Policy

Payment must be received first and then I will ship your item. If paying by personal check, we will ship after the check has cleared, as you know checks take time to clear. All payment must be made in US dollars. Thank you for your purchase!

Shipping Policy

Shipping & handling is paid by the Buyer. I am disabled and send out packages on fridays and saturdays only, with the Post Office. Your item will be shipped insured with receipt of payment. Any Taxes or customs is the Buyer's responsibility.

Return Policy

If Property purchased is materially different than as represented on this site, the original buyer shall have the right within three business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, within a total of 7 days, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyers's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter, Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with his/her claim
