Payment Policy

Dot's accepts PayPal, cash and checks.  Payment is expected at time of purchase. 
Wisconsin residents add 5.6% sales tax.

Shipping Policy

I will ship products within 3 days of the cleared payment. I domestically ship USPS using the most economical pricing available. If you would like expedited shipping, insurance or signature confirmation please ask before making payment. Most shipping prices are an estimate. If you would like to know the final cost prior to purchase please email me with your zip code. When buying 2 or more items combined shipping can be requested and I will give you a total prior to purchase if requested.

I highly recommend insurance on any breakable items. If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping and it was insured, please contact me. Save all packing materials and if the box is damaged or ripped it would be best to document with a photo. If you choose not to insure a package I cannot be held responsible if there is shipping damage.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct during your purchase. Once the order has shipped I will not be able to change the address until delivery is attempted and returned by USPS. Additional charges will be incurred for items that have to be resent due to incorrect addresses.

PACKING CARE: For packing of glassware or any breakable items, I take care to make sure the item is well protected with bubble wrap, styro-foam peanuts and/or other materials. It is my goal to make sure that any breakable item makes it safely to you in great condition. Having been on the receiving end of items bought, and receiving them broken, I realize that this is a hassle that you don’t need. In order to be environmentally friendly, I use recycled packing materials when possible.

Return Policy

Vintage and antique items have been loved and used before. Items may have some imperfections which I do my best to describe or point out. . Any thing other than light wear will be specified in condition above. Refunds may be available on a case by case basis. Please note that unless there was a gross error in listing items are sold ‘as is’. Feel free to contact me prior to purchase if you have questions or concerns.
