    Payment Policy

    Payment must be received no later than within seven (7) business days
    from the closing of all sales. All payments must be in US Dollars. We accept
    payment by United States Postal Service Money orders or PayPal.

    Shipping Policy

    All shipping for fine art will be determined at time of purchase between Buyer and Seller. We ONLY accept PayPal or US Postal Service Money Order. We do try to minimize shipping costs for our customers. All shipping includes handling, tracking and insurance in the cost of shipping.

    We utilize UPS for delicate larger sized items such as crystal, glass and porcelain. Most purchases will be shipped by US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Small, non-breakable items can be mailed by first class mail to save you shipping costs. All shipping includes handling, tracking and insurance in the cost of shipping.

    Furniture must by shipped by "White Glove Freight Companies" and arranged by Buyer. Once furniture leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the Buyer and/or Buyers Agent.

    Return Policy

    We welcome questions so please ask as many questions as you have before purchasing item. I will be glad to answer your questions to the best of my ability. We describe our items truthfully and to the best of our ability and want you to be happy with your purchase - We accept returns only if we made mistake in describing item, however in some cases if you are not happy with your purchase you may request to return the item for a refund. Returns are subject to a 35% restocking and shipping fee. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

    Returned items must be in the same condition as the buyer received them. Please note that all Fine Art sales are
    final like: Paintings, Lithographs, and Carved Statues. If you are considering the purchase of an item please
    feel free to ask if that item is returnable. The buyer is responsible for returning the item in the same condition
    that it was received. Once we receive the returned item we will send an email regarding the refund status within one
    business day.
