All items we sell here will be packaged with care. Items will be shipped within 3 days of payment receipt. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. Total shipping cost includes postage as well as a small packaging and handling fee to cover costs of materials and labor. If you win multiple auctions, we will gladly combine as many items into one shipment as is practical. Insurance is required for items valued at $200 or higher. If your item is not insured, we will not be held responsible if it is lost or damaged in transit.
We try very hard to please our clients. If you receive an item and feel it differs significantly in condition from its description, please contact us within 24 hours of its receipt and we will be happy to discuss return options. While we do our best to pack items very well, it is inevitable that some items may be lost or damaged in shipment. If you have purchased shipping insurance, we will do everything we can to get your claim processed as quickly as possible. We will not accept returns due to "buyer's remorse".
