Payment Policy

We will ship within five (5) business days after payment via PayPal, Credit Card, Registered Check, Cashiers Check and Money Orders. All merchandise purchased with personal checks will be held until the check clears. When paying using a personal check, money order, or cashiers check, we request that all payments be made within three (3) working days after the date of purchase. When paying via PayPal, we request that payment be made within three (3) days after the date of the purchase. All International purchases MUST BE made using a Credit Card or PayPal. We accept only Master Card and Visa for Credit Cards. Any and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from any reimbursement.

Shipping Policy

We ship all smalls (i.e. porcelain, glass, silver,etc.) via Priority Mail - Insured. We do not use UPS unless our customers expressly request it. Customers are responsible for all uninsured packages. Glass Onion will not reimburse for any packages that were not insured.

Return Policy

Refunds are made if the item was misrepresented by Glass-Onion and the buyer has contacted the seller within three (3) business days after receipt of the merchandise. All returned merchandise must include the Glass-Onion original label and code and must be returned in the same condition as received. All returns are done at the expense of the buyer and are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from any reimbursement made by Glass-Onion.
