Payment Policy

Credit cards are not accepted for auction items and international buyers may be asked to pay by wire transfer.Items paid for by credit cards will be shipped on the earliest shipping date. Items paid for by personal or business checks, cashier's checks or money orders will be shipped after the funds have cleared our bank. Items paid for by wire transfer will be shipped after the transfer has been confirmed by our bank.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Shipping Policy

Clients will be notified of the shipping date within 1 business days of receipt of payment. Generally, shipping dates will be within 5 business days of receipt and clearance of payment.

Return Policy

Misrepresented items may be returned if requested by the client within 3 days of receipt. The client will pay shipping and insurance both ways, and the item must be received by us within 7 days in the condition in which we sent it. Items altered or damaged in any way cannot be returned. Returned items charged to a credit card are subject to a 4% restocking fee.

Contact us immediately to report any shipping damage and keep boxes and shipping material to be presented to your post office. Failure to do so will void postal insurance. We will help you file your insurance claim.

Items shipped outside the U.S. will bear true customs declarations as merchandise and cannot be returned.

We are sorry, but due to U.S. Customs regulations and tariffs, we are unable to offer refund privileges to our overseas clients.

Items offered for sale on online auctions are not returnable. Please ask questions before bidding.
