Payment Policy

1. If you are a California resident without a resale permit, there will be a 8.25% sales tax. If you have a resale permit and a California resident, please submit a resale registration form along with your payment. If you do not have a copy, please let me know and I will email it to you. 2. For credit card user, there will be a $15 fee if an unreasonable or unfounded chargeback claim is file. 3. There will be a $30 if a check bounces. 4. There will be a $35 fee for wire transfer. 5. For international buyer, we accept international postal money order, money order, and cashier checks it is assoicated with an US bank. 6. For international checks, money order, cashier check that is not assoicated with an US bank or US post office, there will be a $50 processing fee. It will also take my bank about 15 business days to clear. 7. Please also include your shipping address, item number and item description in your payment.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping, insurance and price must be paid in advance. 2. Personal check will be shipped after it clears with the bank. This can take 7-14 business days. 3. Insurance is optional. However, if you wish to ship without insurance, the risk of lost and damage will be yours. We will not be responsible for any risk of lost or damages during the shipment. 4. Return Policy

Buyer's Satisfaction Guarantee without Any Questions Ask! Buyer can return the item anytime within 10 days after receipt as long as the item is in the same condition when item sold. Buyer has to pay shipping, and insurance costs for both the purchase and the return.
