PAYMENT POLICY

Thank you for the privilege of your patronage! Please approve fees w/in 3 days & remit payment w/in 7 days. We accept Money Orders (USPS/Postal PREFERRED), Certified Bank Checks (U.S. only), Personal Checks (US only), Cash, Western Union Money Transfers. Credit Cards and PayPal are also accepted for MOST transactions ($250 TRANSACTION LIMIT applies - contact Seller to request EXCEPTIONS) from MOST Buyers in QUALIFYING COUNTRIES. The following REQUIREMENTS apply: Shipping Address MUST match Billing Address + Shipping Method MUST be Trackable Online & Insurable (contact Seller to request EXCEPTIONS). Bank Wire Transfers accepted with Seller’s agreement. PLEASE NOTE re Personal Checks & NON-USPS Money Orders: shipping MAY be delayed 10+ business days per Seller's discretion/Bank recommendation OR until confirmed cleared. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Sorry, NO Personal Checks/NO Bank Cheques.


SHIPPING POLICY

We ship via USPS & Fed Ex, COMBINE SHIPPING when possible & offer MEDIA MAIL

for qualifying items. Handling time is consistent with payment type/date received: Personal Checks & Non-USPS Money Orders MAY be held 10+ business days per Seller's discretion/Bank recommendation OR until confirmed cleared. ALL OTHER PAYMENT METHODS ship w/in 3-7 days (if SAME DAY/NEXT DAY SHIPPING is required, notify Seller). ALL CLAIMS: If item is lost/damaged by Shipping Company, Seller will in every way possible assist Buyer. DAMAGE CLAIMS: Shipping Co. requires Buyers retain item + exterior shipping box/envelope + interior packaging materials - DON'T DISCARD as doing so NULLIFIES CLAIM! SAFE & SECURE PACKAGING ASSURANCE: We pack every item as we’d like it packed for us - with the utmost TLC, using appropriate & abundant packing materials! INTERNATIONAL BUYERS are responsible for all fees imposed by their own countries. Please DON'T ASK us to falsify customs forms - we won't break the law!


RETURNS POLICY

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS: Refunds and Store Credits are cordially provided if actual condition of item purchased significantly differs from represented condition. Buyer must contact Seller within three (3) days of receipt of purchase, detailing the reason for the return. Once return instructions have been provided, Buyer must ship the item back to Seller within Seven (7) days of receipt of purchase, packed exactly the same as was originally packaged by Seller and in the exact same condition as was received by Buyer. We take many more photos per item than actually shown (only 4 photos can be posted), & retain this photographic documentation indefinitely. We're always happy to share additional photos with you at any time!

***Please note that exchanges are only very rarely an available option, given that we generally do not stock in our inventory more than one of each item.
