PAYMENT POLICY

1) Personal Checks require a 10-business day hold from date of deposit.

2) Money Orders - Strong preference for USPS Money Orders. Postal money orders are traceable and require no hold period from point of receipt.

3) Tax at 7% is collected for all Pennsylvania State sales.

3) International Orders - Paypal only provides seller protection to international customers from Canada and the UK. All other international customers must contact us to arrange payment terms prior to purchase.

4) The value of the item on International sales will be documented at the invoice amount, no exceptions.

SHIPPING POLICY

1) Insurance is provided by u-pic.

2) Items selling for more than $250 will require a signature. If this requirement is inconvenient based on your domestic situation please advise us ahead of your purchase so more convenient shipping arrangements can be agreed to.

RETURNS POLICY

Damage Claims - Please contact us prior to contacting the carrier on all damage claims. Our experience has proven that this is the quickest way to resolve the issue.
