PAYMENT POLICY

If paid by personal check, we will ship after check has cleared. All payment must be made in US dollars.

SHIPPING POLICY

Items are shipped via UPS. Can not ship to P.O.boxes. All items carefully packed and always double boxed.

RETURNS POLICY

If property purchased is not as represented, the buyer has the right within 3 business days of receiving the property to rescind the transaction by notifying the seller and returning the property to the seller in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.

If the item was damaged during shipping, buyer is to contact shipper to resolve the matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help with the claim.
