PAYMENT POLICY

Payment must be made before items are shipped. If you do not have a Pay Pal account, I will email you a Pay Pal invoice that will allow you to pay by credit card. Mailed payments must be made in U.S. dollars and made out in my name, Karin Martinez.

SHIPPING POLICY

Buyer pays for all shipping, handling and insurance. If you choose not to insure your purchase, I can not be responsible for loss or damage once I have shipped your purchase! Items are always shipped within 24 to 48 hours of payment if payment is received Monday through Friday. When payment is received on a weekend day or holiday, the item(s) will ship the next business day.

I will gladly ship outside the U.S., however, new shipping charges will be calculated determined by shipping address.

RETURNS POLICY

I will accept returns within three business days of receiving the item. Please email me before returning an item. The item must be in the same condition as received and return shipping will be at the buyer's expense.

I package my items carefully for shipping. Should you choose to NOT insure your item, I will not be responsible for damage incurred during shipping. I will not accept returns of items damaged during shipment. I will provide any necessary paperwork to the help the buyer with his/her claim.
