PAYMENT POLICY

Paypal preferred (echeck preferred for items over $200). Payment required with 7 days of auction end or 3 days of non-auction sale. I will accept a check or money order, but it will delay your item because I have to wait for either to clear.

SHIPPING POLICY

To get your item to you as cheaply and quickly as possible, I use USPS First Class when it will fit in a padded envelope, otherwise Priority for larger items. Combined shipping always available, contact me for quote. Insurance and delivery confirmation required except on orders under $25.

RETURNS POLICY

Every item is 100% guaranteed. If you feel the property is materially different than how I have represented it on the site, you have the right to rescind the transaction within three days of receiving the item. Simply notify me of the issue as soon as possible and if we can't resolve it, send it back in original condition at your risk and expense and I will grant a full refund, minus shipping.

If your purchase was damaged during shipping, contact the shipper (typically USPS) for resolution. I will be happy to provide any necessary paperwork for your claim.
